Juanita went on to work for Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions, an American Aerospace Manufacturer with global service operations, as a Finance Support Analyst. Over the following 3 years, Juanita assisted in the development of Sarbanes Oxley Compliance (SOX) and Auditing program checklist for the company and cross trained an international third-party team to process warranty claims.

As an Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor with a company called A-Wireless, Juanita developed reports to help streamline departmental processes. Entering vendor invoices greatly reduced AP invoice processing time from 2 to 3 days down to 4 to 8 hours and also helped to reduce the monthly financial reporting deadline from 28 days to 10 days. Juanita achieved an 86% reduction Aged Receivables within her first year of in The Roberts Company.  Partnering cross functionally to train & implement the proper handling of Sales & Use Tax when setting up, she developed several job cost tracking reports to help streamline department processes and provided visibility to management regarding overall project status.

In 2015, Juanita accepted a role with Conterra Networks, LLC. a telecommunications company, as a Revenue Accounting Manager. Juanita interpreted multi-million-dollar contracts to develop billing and revenue recognition schedules; assisted, researched and tracked Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) applicant discounts and assisted Applicants with submitting Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Form 471 Filings. Juanita achieved a 76% reduction Aged Receivables within first year of employment; reduced AR invoice processing time from 10 days down to 4 days, by streamlining manual processes, and assisted with billing and AR integration with three company acquisitions.
